One small step for Greece...

The BBC reported yesterday about the "potato revolution" http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-17377999 ie consumers buying directly from farmers and thus cutting costs by excluding wholesalers amd retailers.

It didn't start from a political decision and it is very important to citizens on very tight budgets. But it's also a small practical step towards economic reform.

And maybe it is proof that "Enterprise Greece" - freeing Greece to be competitive (see my post of 24 February) - will indeed release the entrepreneurial energies of the Greek people
